Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has a huge decision to make about his future this summer amid reports that he is set for an exit from the London club when the transfer window opens in some weeks. Kane has been a subject of serious transfer speculations since last summer and he has been reported to have told club owner Daniel Levy of his desire to leave Spurs at the end of the current campaign.
The rumors that were linking him win a move to Old Trafford last summer have not died down and have even become more serious than ever before, but the Red Devils are not the only club he has been linked with a move to. United’s arch-rivals and neighbors Manchester City have emerged as the latest side to be linked with a move for the Three Lions star and are now the more likely destination for the trophy-hungry striker.
With Sergio Agüero leaving the Etihad at the end of this season, it is only normal for them to want to sign a replacement for the departing Argentine striker. United have placed Jadon Sancho as their priority signing this summer, meaning that they could forfeit the chance to try to sign Kane and that would give Manchester City the all-clear to lure the striker to the Etihad Stadium ahead of next season.
Kane’s desire to win trophies is what is fuelling his decision to leave Tottenham this summer and he could achieve his desire by moving to either Manchester club.
