It’s not just the English who are no good at penalties – just ask Norway! In spite of being given two penalties in the Euro 2013 Final against Germany, the Norwegians failed to find the back of the net – both times foiled by the German goalie.
The Germans managed to score a break-away goal, which left Norway having to press the game, but ultimately they failed to do enough.
